At Blue Tree Resort, we know how important it is that your questions get answered in a timely, helpful manner. That’s why we start off by providing you with a list of frequently asked questions to cover all the basics.

What are check-in and checkout times?

Guest check-in for our comfortable resort-style accommodations is available starting at 4 p.m. each day. Checkout is at 10 a.m.

Where can I access Internet?

As a guest of our resort, you can take advantage of complimentary high-speed wireless Internet throughout the entire property.

Do you offer breakfast?

We do not offer breakfast for guests at this time. However, all of our rooms feature a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven, blender, coffee maker, toaster, dinnerware set and kitchen utensils. These convenient in-room amenities help make meal planning easy and affordable during your trip.

Can theme park tickets be purchased at the hotel?

Absolutely! Our friendly staff at the concierge desk in the front lobby can assist you with purchasing tickets for many popular Orlando attractions, so you can enjoy more time at the parks without waiting in long ticket lines.

What is the schedule for the complimentary shuttle service?

Our daily scheduled shuttle runs to and from popular Orlando theme parks, including Walt Disney World® Resort, Universal Orlando® Resort and SeaWorld® Orlando, free of charge to you. View our online schedule for details.

Is there a restaurant on-site?

Although we do not have an on-site restaurant, we are within close proximity to a variety of dining options (many within steps of our resort), including El Patron Mexican Restaurant & Cantina, Giordano’s, Steak ‘n Shake, Sizzler, Romano’s Macaroni Grill, Chili’s Grill & Bar, Joe’s Crab Shack and more. Plus, we’re only a short 10-minute drive from International Drive, featuring fresh, authentic cuisine from around the globe!

Do you have any on-site activities?

We do! In fact, we have an on-site activity center (open daily from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.) that’s perfect for families and groups, offering activities such as water volleyball, painting, Zumba classes and more. We also offer several convenient amenities outdoors, including four heated pools, a children’s wading pool and two whirlpool spas; a fitness center; tennis, basketball and volleyball courts; a game room; a shuffleboard area; an outdoor playground; and a miniature golf course.

What’s within walking distance?

We are conveniently located within walking distance of several restaurants and supermarkets, sightseeing tours, a FedEx Office & Print Center, and more. Guests can also stroll over to the exciting Downtown Disney® area, approximately two and a half miles away.

Where can I pick up some basic necessities during my stay?

There are a few supermarkets and drugstores just a short walk or drive from our resort, such as Walgreens (0.3 mi.), Winn Dixie (0.5 mi.), 7-Eleven (0.5 mi.) and Publix (3.3 mi.).

What are the on-site pools’ hours of operation?

Access any of our four outdoor heated pools, two whirlpool spas or children’s pool any day of the week from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Are pets allowed?

With the exception of service animals, we do not permit pets on Blue Tree Resort property.

Are smoking rooms available? Are there designated smoking areas on the property?

Although all of our guest rooms are 100% non-smoking, we do allow smoking outdoors only.

What are the best transportation options to/from Orlando International Airport?

If you are traveling without your own car or vehicle, we recommend using Mears Transportation services or calling a taxi. Our front-desk staff can easily assist with obtaining more information about these options, so feel free to ask any time!

What is the policy for shipping and receiving packages to or from the property?

If you are expecting a delivery to our resort during your stay, we are able to accept and hold packages up to seven days prior to your arrival, $2 per small package and $5 per large package.

Any and all packages that are not claimed within 30 days from the date of delivery or placement into storage at the resort, will be returned to sender, or may become the property of the resort if proper guest information is not given including guest name, address, country and mailing codes. While all efforts are made to secure packages properly, lost and or misplaced packages are not the ultimate responsibility of the resort.
